This gi is perfect for competition! The kimono will be available in two colors- White and Blue. Unfortunately, they didn’t produce their fitted gi sizes for this particular batch. This means the A3S is available, but the ‘F’ sizes they’ve done recent are not.

Shoyoroll Rio Koi Release Information

It was released on August 27th, about a month after their last release.  I’m actually glad they split it up from the Ring.

It would’ve been quite a disaster if 2 gis were released that day.

In addition to covering the release, I’ve written an article on How to get a Shoyoroll Pre-Sale Guaranteed!  It has tips and links in there that will really help everybody out.

Obviously, I made a huge mistakes in the last one and I want to make sure everybody gets one this time.

TOP SECRET! Exclusive info on the next four Shoyoroll Batches (13-16)

Well, despite a lot of naysayers (myself included), it actually looks like Shoyoroll might come out with their scheduled 10 gis this year!

I think that if I had to pick a favorite upcoming batch, I couldn’t (but it’d probably be Batch 13).  But I’m REALLY looking forward to the Charles Lew, The Competitor, and the Forever Rolls gi. Read on for more details on these!

Summary

The Yang is my favorite Shoyoroll gi and is one of my favorite gi’s of any brand. The Yang is made of a heavy duty gi material that keeps you warm on the mat in winter and helps you sweat to make weight for those summer competitions.

The look is classic, simple… and murdered out. Each time I put on my Yang, I feel like a ninja and ready for battle.  This is why it’s one of our Top 5 Shoyoroll gis of all time!

The Yang went for presale in May 2011 at $184.95. It was rumored that there were less than 200 of these gi’s made in varying sizes from A0 to A4.
