If you’ve been training jiu-jitsu for even a little while, you’ve probably heard of Defense. This line of soaps, oils, wipes, and other hygiene products is well known in the community for its reputation of fighting off bacterial and fungal infections that are common in contact sports and are passed around through skin-to-skin contact.

I had never been afflicted with any skin issues aside from dry skin, cuts, and mat burn as a result of my training, but after all the great things my friends had said about Defense products, I couldn’t wait to try them out for myself.
