A relatively unknown and un-tested company on the gi market, Lanakila caught my eye on social media. I was interested to see what kind of quality this company offered given their highly pleasing Hawaiian style designs.Find the latest BJJ gis at MMA Warehouse
Habrok Sports is trying to take the gi market by storm adding their product offering to the already huge gear market that is available to jiu jitsu practitioners. They are confident in their product lines and submitted their recent release, the Habrok Tatica 2.0 for review. I wore this gi for over 3 months to determine its quality, longevity and rolling performance, check out my review.Find the best BJJ gis available at MMA Warehouse
Combat Corner has made a splash in the gi market lately, mainly by selling their products as standard “gym gis.” By this I mean they offer their gis wholesale to gyms and then gyms sell them to new students. I recently had the opportunity to review one of Combat Corner’s higher end gis, the Eco 4.0. This gi exceeded all expectations during its review period!Get your very own Combat Corner Eco 4.0 gi at Amazon!
Hayabusa is actually a Japanese word for the Peregrine Falcon. This falcon is a predator best known for its power, speed and strength — the very same attributes that are possessed by the combat athletes that make use of their products.
Hayabusa is mostly known for their MMA clothing, but they also make a pretty nice BJJ gi. Their gis are made entirely of ripstop fabric, but their most unique feature is that they have a stretch inseam similar to most mma shorts. This very unique feature sets Hayabusa apart from other brands.
They also dabble in contrast stitching, but their gis tend to be very pricey.Find your own Hayabusa gi at MMA Warehouse!
Venum is a pretty cool Brazilian fight company. They are based in Brazil and have offices in New York. They sponsor fighters such as Frankie Edgar, Lyoto Machida, and Sean Sherk.
They have a REALLY nice website and are very active on their Twitter account, should you ever need to get ahold of them.
TUFROL is a new company that has some nice designs and is working on developing their own brand of Gis. Like many companies, TUFROL is out of California.

Prana Kimonos really reflects a simple, urban design. Their designs are very clean and powerful.
Prana, which means “breath” in Hindi, references the universal life source that flows through every human being. Prana Kimonos believes that one’s BJJ is a reflection of their ‘Prana.’ They see BJJ as an extension of the soul, vitality, and energy that flows through you.
They also offer some really cool, clean designed shirts with bold lettering and slick logos. They’re recently put up extra pants from their OG model Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi that are definitely worth checking out. We expect future offerings from Prana to be of the same high quality as their first run.
They emphasize technique over strength, and simplicity in everything. Prana Kimonos! Protect Ya Neck!Find top BJJ gi brands available at MMA Warehouse!
Awesome, Awesome and more Awesome.
First off, it’s got a CUTE ******* Panda on the sleeves. If you don’t like Panda’s on your sleeves then this Gi isn’t for you, but I think it looks dope. They use a great drawstring system and have beautiful seam taping to boot. I would absolutely recommend this Gi and the company who produces it to anyone. It’s got clean styling and quality craftsmanship. It comes with a large Gi bag that is especially nice. Looks wise, and this may sound ridiculous, but it doesn’t look ridiculous.Looking for lightweight gis to train in? Find them at MMA Warehouse!
The Atama Mundial 9 is Atama’s most recent offering since the Mundial #7 (successor to the Mundial #5). The most noticeable change from the mundial 7 to the Atama Mundial 9 is the change in looks.
The Mundial 9 is the exact same material as the Mundial 7 and the same cut. The most noticeable difference is the change in embroidery.
Just like the Mundial 7, the 9 has no seam in the back, and the jacket is made from one piece of material.Want to get your hands on the Atama Mundial 9? Get it from Amazon!
Ever look at a company’s products and wonder how they stack up against each other? Ever wonder if a gi company’s product line has variances in quality? I know I have.
I recently received not one but three gis from War Tribe Gear for the purpose of review. The products I received are: the Black Widow gi, the Precision Gi and the Flow Gi. All three gis are made of War Tribe’s honeycomb weave, which is probably the softest I’ve ever seen. I am apprehensive of the durability of the gis but other reviews I’ve read make it clear that these gis age well.Find your favorite War Tribe gis at MMA Warehouse
